Our Story
Failures & Successes: The Story of the USCCA
How a shy engineer taught himself to be the protector and defender his family needed and deserved. You’ll revisit the most defining moments of the USCCA’s origin story, in the founder’s own words…
“Your politics don’t matter. Everyone wants safety and security for their loved ones.”
“I walked into a gun shop and I couldn’t believe what the guy behind the counter said to me…”
“The NRA came after us and tried to shut us down!”
“The greatest gift my Dad could have ever given me was…”
“I don’t think he was trying to dash my dreams. I honestly thought he was trying to help me out.”
Deductions:
PA law allows three deductions against income: deductions for medical savings account contributions, health savings account contributions and IRC Section 529 tuition account program contributions.
Deductions:
Taxpayers may reduce taxable compensation for allowable unreimbursed expenses that are ordinary, actual, reasonable, necessary and directly related to the taxpayer’s occupation or employment.

Payment Plans
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that establishing a payment plan will not preclude additional collection efforts through the Treasury Offset Program.
If you are unable to pay in full, there are payment options available for your outstanding tax liability.
tax
Exclusions:
Taxpayers may also exclude from income personal use of employer-owned property.
Taxpayers may exclude from compensation qualified payments to IRC Section 125 (cafeteria) plans for programs covering hospitalization, sickness, disability or death.
Excluded from Pennsylvania-taxable income are capital gains from the sale of a principal residence for all taxpayers who satisfy ownership and use requirements.
Pennsylvania Residents
Individuals living in Pennsylvania must pay Pennsylvania income taxes on all of their income, regardless of whether or not the income was earned in Pennsylvania. This may also include income that was earned in a state that does not have personal income taxes. Whether you qualify as a Pennsylvania resident depends on a number of factors. If you are concerned about your residency, it would be best to speak with a qualified tax attorney to get a definitive answer. Failing to pay taxes can come with hefty fines
TAX PAYMENT
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Makes it easy, convenient, and secure for you to make payments. You have the option to pay most balances by providing your bank account and routing information, or by credit/debit card. Credit/debit card payments are processed by ACI Payments, Inc. and are subject to convenience fees. Many payment options are available directly on the USCCA and do not require a username/password, including:
- Bill payments
- Estimated, extension, and return payments (individuals, fiduciaries, and partnerships)
- Pay off a lien
- Bank attachment payments
- Wage garnishment payments
